Welcome to our new Club President
In May we elected our new Club President, Hazel Hallsworth.
Hazel has been a member of Jacks Centre since 2013 and is our Safeguarding Officer. Previously Hazel has held positions as Amenities Director and Ladies Vice Captain.
The "300 Club" winners for June 2025
Congratulations to the winners of the 9th June 2025 draw:
First prize (£44.70) was won by Nigel Betts
Second prize (£22.35) went to Alan Sheppard
Third prize (£7.45) winner was Lesley Arnold
Entries cost only £1 per number per month and you can buy as many numbers as you want. Membership is available to Jacks Centre Latchingdon Bowls Club members only.

Jacks hosts Disability Bowls England vs EIBA
On the 26th February we were pleased to play host to a bowls match between teams representing Disability Bowls England (DBE) and the English Indoor Bowls Association (EIBA). The DBE squad included three members of Jacks.
It was a very tightly contested, but friendly and enjoyable match in which Disability Bowls England came through as the winners.
A great time was had by all and the Jacks Centre Latchingdon would be extremely happy to host this event again in the future.
Jacks Centre Social Committee raises funds for our President's Charity - Diabetes UK
The Jacks Centre Social Committee headed by our Social Director Chris Cornelius transfers £1 for every ticket sold to our big events to our current President's Charity. At our April AGM Chris presented our then President Judy Deane with a cheque for £813.00 for Judy's chosen charity Diabetes UK.
